Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing our Sound Healing sessions. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, we have established the following policies: No Refund Policy: All payments for Sound Healing sessions are non-refundable. Please ensure your availability before booking a session or pass. Session Transfers: If you are unable to attend a session, you may transfer your booking to a new participant. Transfers must be arranged at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session and can only be transferred once. 4-Session Sound Pass: The 4-session pass is valid for two weeks from the date of purchase. All sessions must be scheduled and attended consecutively with the first session starting within two weeks of purchase Any unused sessions will expire at the end of the two weeks and cannot be carried over. Cancellations and No-Shows: If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the session without a refund. By booking a session or purchasing a pass, you agree to adhere to the above policies. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
