Leigh has a special passion for silent retreats and is proud to offer budget-conscious silent retreats in Peel Forest, NZ. Please note that bookings for our 2024 silent retreats are now closed.

Enjoy each other's company as you move through various wellness stations, including the sauna and cold plunge, hydrotherapy spa, gentle breathwork and sound bath, and a chill zone by the fire. Retreat Details and Inclusions Participants: 7 to 12 retreat participants, including support people if needed. Accommodation Options: - Private queen room - Shared queen room with a support person Team: - Qualified and experienced yoga and meditation teacher - End-of-life Doula - Massage therapist assistant Meals: Delicious plant-based meals prepared daily. Pricing Includes: - 5 plant-based meals - 1-hour massage - Access to 7 meditations, gentle yoga, sound bath, and breathing practices with an experienced facilitator - End-of-Life Doula services in group and private 1:1 settings - 2 nights’ accommodation at a private location in Christchurch, including spacious grounds and a spa pool. Medical Assistance: Please note there is no medical facility on site. The primary retreat facilitator will have a current First Aid certificate. Christchurch Hospital is 11 km away from the venue, approximately a 21-minute drive, depending on traffic. The primary retreat facilitator will be on duty at all times.

    We recommend bringing comfortable yoga attire, a yoga mat, water bottle, sunscreen, insect repellent, any personal items or medications you may need, and an open mind ready for relaxation and rejuvenation.
