Leigh's weekly Hatha Yoga classes are the backbone of her offerings. Leigh's classes are carefully curated, with 'peak pose' sequencing that encourages students to develop their yoga practice safely and systematically. Students are encouraged to practice meditative awareness of body sensations and breath throughout the practice. Leigh's Timaru classes are offered in blocks of 10 sessions, with Geraldine and Chair Yoga classes offered on a casual basis. Leigh partners with other South Canterbury yoga teachers to broaden the services offered.

Get to know Leigh
Leigh is a registered hatha yoga teacher and a trauma-informed yoga teacher. She works with Timaru Counsellor Amanda Webber to offer trauma-informed yoga classes in Timaru that are fully funded by ACC for sensitive claims clients. Please contact Leigh to discuss trauma-informed yoga sessions.
Leigh also offers Gentle floor-based Yoga that can be helpful for anxiety, high stress, chronic tension, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and more.
